"Was very busy for 11am on Sunday,we got the 8 piece meal, she said she didn't know if they had it, I said whatever u have if fine! We waited about 20 mins n we had our 8 piece original meal brought it home, outstanding!"

"I did a pick up order an I waited 10mins just for them to say they don’t have the item that I ordered smh Michigan city is the worst!!!! Need to get shut down."

"Order my food at 6:40p.m online for pickup said it would be ready by 7p.m. Arrived at 7:04p.m. Told it was a 13 minute wait. Was asked twice what I had ordered and asked if it was delivery. I ordered takeout not delivery. 5 people who came in after me got their food. I waited until 7:50p.m. When I put it in the car it smelt burnt. When I got home the second famous bowl was missing. Out of everything I got 5 pieces of chicken was eaten out of a 16 piece. 1 out of 2 was eaten of the coleslaw, mashed potatoes, and macaroni. Spent almost $73 for most of it to be thrown away. I do not know what happened or why it took so long but I will be contacting corporate for hopefully a refund. This was unacceptable."

"Absolutely horrendous service. I waited in the drive through for 10 minutes… someone came to the speaker and said and I quote, “one moment please.” I then proceeded to wait 5 more minutes and still… nothing. I could no longer wait, I looked to my left and saw two employees (one in uniform) smoking behind the building. There was another car behind me. This is not my first bad experience at the KFC, but it will surely be my last. Do better, don’t go here."

"DO BETTER. PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES MORE AND MAYBE IT WOULDN'T BE THIS AWFUL. I wish that I could give this place 0 stars. Horrible. Their food is disgusting, way too greasy, and tastes old. They are falling apart. I don't want to blame the staff exactly, because being a young person working in this messed up world, I think a lot of us know exactly why people don't want to work. Bad management. No opportunities. Horrible pay. You can't expect people to do good work for no equal payment in return! Seriously. We see bad work like this because people are barely surviving. Pay your people for their service and maybe you won't have so many angry customers. This place is bad. Do better."
