"Absolutely awful!! Did an online order and sick at home so my son picks up for me. They gave him a completely different order and they knew they messed up because they called me. The gentleman on the phone was very polite and apologetic said leave that food and could he come pick up the correct order and pay the difference. I specifically asked twice should he return this food and was told no. My son goes back another 20 minute drive and the rude people say he has to pay the entire amount because he didn't bring the other order back!!! So I call and they acknowledge that the other person may have said that but are unwilling to pay the difference unless he drives 40 minutes again round trip to bring back the food I have already thrown out!! We will not be ordering here again!! So a complete waste of $30 in food that no one here will consume! Terrible Terrible customer service!!!"
"Decent place to quell that sudden hankerin' for Chinese food that we all get from time to time. The food is pretty average, the quality consistent, and the prices are a bit on the higher side (which is likely driven by their great location). They do offer lunch specials that run around $7 and come with an egg roll or crab rangoon. Their fried rice game is pretty weak - it's just white rice with a bit of onion in it."
