"My wife and I got take out. She had the pulled pork dinner and I had the brisket dinner. I must say that it was the best brisket I have ever eaten, and my wife loved the pulled pork. When we were there, someone sitting there was eating a loaded potato and it looked amazing. That is what I will try next visit. The people were also very friendly. Can’t wait to go back."

"We ordered brisket, pulled pork, and sausage for our dinner for 20 people. Since we were serving on Christmas, we had to pick up a few days early and reheat. The reheat instructions given by Amanda were wonderful and all the meat was so delicious and moist. Even guests who were experienced smokers of meat raved about Chapman’s. They made ordering easy, price’s reasonable, and the food delicious. I could not ask for more. We eat in at times as well. The eat in area is cute and welcoming."

So far, I have tried the pulled pork, the pulled chicken, the Mac & cheese, and the mashed potatoes. Every single one of them are a hit. The meat is tender, moist, and cooked to perfection every time. Do yourself a favor and get you some!"

"Really liked it. Simple, straightforward, solid pulled pork, good green beans. Loved the regular sauce and the original. Call ahead and reserve it or come early. They only had pulled pork when we got there on a Friday at 6pm. May come tomorrow to try the brisket."
