"Don’t go at night. They shut the doors early and all they have is drive-through open. And they don’t even turn their lights on for customers. So when you show up at night, you’re showing up to a dark McDonald’s. Big safety hazard. And they’re a lot friendlier in the morning"

"Always vary consistent. If you like their sweet tea you will like it almost every time. Every once in a while they will get my order completely wrong. But are always okay with correcting their mistake."

"I don't like leaving negative reviews. Unfortunately, I don't have a single positive thing to say about this location. It's the only McDonald's in our small Midwest town. So, they don't really have any incentive to provide things like basic customer service, freshly cooked food, order accuracy, consistently working equipment, or even respectable behavior. That being said, if another McDonald's happened to open up, within 5 miles of this one, this McDonald's would go out of business in less than a month."

"WORSE. MCDONALD'S. EVER! You even ASK for fresh "just dropped" food and they'll LIE to you telling you that it was....and NOPE!! Again you get room temperature food! The fish is room temp and the cheese is DISCOLORED due to sitting under the heat lamp, fries are cold and the nuggets same as the fish! but I ordered 10pc nuggets, paid for 10pc nuggets and only got 5pc! The good old days when food yourself to be delivered hot and juices actually came out of the food. Ive been served a cheeseburger where it was left out from the day prior, the cheese was drying out and the manager was shown this, as well as the COLD chicken nuggets, she acted as if she was disgusted. Im sorry, I dont believe you. Since 2016 Ive received HOT fresh food ONCE! Im quite sure you dont ear your food like this!! So I went twice last year, this is my 1st time and LAST TIME this year, I'll continue going to the one in Lafayette, at least they CARE about their CUSTOMERS! The only thing good about this order #3 BB sauce, at least they can do that right...SHOCKING! So Im going to waste more money and time to go out in the extreme weather to bring back your disgusting food that you lied about and served me, because you hire horrid employees. You're a total disgrace, nasty, everyone of you that works there!"
