"I was there today, I usually don’t come here. But a lady named hang did my nails NEVER AGAIN! They were so bad I had her stop mid service to ask someone else to do them and they were about to close…I don’t usually do reviews but I just had to libbies is horrible. There’s only one girl here that does nails well"

"First time here today. The lady definitely rushed through. Usually, after the shaping process is over with a tech they direct you to wash the excess shaving dust off, but the lady just started painting while dusty. My request was short coffin shaped :( I got sloppy, bulky set! Application is horrible! Looks like I did my own nails. I believe her name was Hong. Never again! I had somewhere to be next is the only reason it slid today. I don’t do reviews but SOMEBODY had to come see this!"

"I went in yesterday and told the guy at the counter I needed only to have my toenails clipped. I explained I am diabetic have a problem with my hip and I am legally blind so I can't do it myself. He tells me where to sit and a girl starts clipping. Every one she clipped hurt She clipped all of them way to short and cut my big toe in two places. One toenail almost completely gone. I had it done twice at Cindy's in Gardendale. Always comfortable never cut. This place was terrible. Won't make that mistake again!!!"
