I drove all the way from Tuscaloosa & while you didn’t have the hair extensions in the color I wanted, they explained exactly how to get the ones you did have in stock to the color I want. I bought the bleach products I usually buy but they showed me a new product that I hadn’t used before that will work SO much better. I am so thrilled to see how these hair extensions turn out. I drove all the way from Tuscaloosa & I am so glad I did. Please recognize their hard work & knowledge. "This is the unfriendly store I have ever been in. The salesperson seem to have and attitude. Don't seem interested in there customer at all. I was asking about strengthening hair products. Kept head down with clipboard in hand.Didnt act like she wanted to be there. Then said they were out of plastic bags asked was paper bag was ok said. Then told me as she was ringing it up that the bag was 15 cent for this va. Looked on my receipt it's was said a large bag. The bag was a small gift bag. When I bought 30.00 dollar's worth of product... This pandemic got a lot of people tripping. ...."

"Manager Patricia was very unprofessional. I was asking for help with color swatches so that I could compare two colors side by side before my purchase. She was quite rude about them not having loose swatches for Ion brights and would not help me when I asked her to help pop them out from under the actual color boxes. These swatches do come out quite easily as they have to change them periodically, but she was insistent that they didn't come out. As someone who has been in management, I am highly disappointed. I'm a frequent customer and have had great results from the other girls in the store."
