"I want to start by saying the ice cream is delicious. BUT the two teenage kids running the store by themselves were absolutely clueless. They didn’t know what toppings or sauces/syrups they offered or where to find them & when they found them, they didn’t know how to prepare them & serve them. example: #1: I asked for hot fudge. the kid disappeared into the back to look for it. Came back with a double scoop cup full of (not hot) hot fudge & sent me home with it to warm up at home & add to my ice cream myself. which is totally fine with me. Now i have a lot of awesome hot fudge… but that’s not exactly good for business. I am also realizing just now I was never charged for even 1 serving of hot fudge… let alone an entire 2 scoop cup of hot fudge. #2: my dad asked for chocolate syrup. they looked but couldn’t find any. those poor kids definitely were struggling & at the very least needed more training… if not a manager on premises during the entire shift so that if they had questions they could ask."
