"This Pizza Hut is an absolute DISASTER. I'll never go back. I ordered a large, hand tossed pizza for carry out. They said it'd be ready in 15 minutes. I show up after 30 minutes and am told it's not ready and it'll be another 15 minutes. I wait another 20 minutes and they give me the wrong pizza. I ask what happened to mine and am told they're out of hand tossed crust that I ordered... They didn't even bother to tell me that they only had thin crust and couldn't make my pizza how I ordered it. How does Pizza Hut, a national chain, run out of dough on a Friday night?! I asked if they're just giving everyone who orders thin crust, and the worker said she doesn't know... Thankfully they were competent enough to figure out how to give me a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!"
"I went to Pizza Hut in Martinsville yesterday. I asked for a large pizza and waited 25 minutes, when it was done it looked as if it had been dropped and also burnt. I then proceeded to ask for a refund and he said "it looks OK to me".The manager said they will make me another one. when it was done the cashier said with a mean tone and a disgusted face.
