"I am not quite sure how this nail salon has a five star rating. The positive, they were able to get us in right away for two pedicures. Now I understand why they weren’t busy. The owner’s husband has a very sarcastic sense of humor, which was funny at first, and then got old very quickly, he kept saying he was going to charge us more for everything. Long story short we will never be back. He cut my husband’s toes with a block file, so much so that he was bleeding. He did not immediately put antiseptic on it and kept on doing the pedicure. Needless to say, we have been treating it with hydrogen peroxide and Neosporin ever since. My husband is in a lot of pain can barely put his shoes on. Never never never again. I never expect anything for free, but some compensation for causing an injury would have been appropriate."

"I’m giving 3 stars because this business fixed my nails however my experience and the treatment by the individual that initially did my “deluxe” pedicure deserves 0 stars. I don’t know his real name but he referred to himself as “Magic Mike”. He was incredibly rushed, not paying attention and the metal tool and file was painful. Pretty much no massage, it was not relaxing at all and my nails looked terrible once done (looked like a small child could have painted them). I was just going to leave but my mother (who is the nicest person) asked very nicely if they could fix the polish and “Mike” was incredibly rude and tried to say it was somehow my fault that nail polish was all over the skin around my nails… see picture, this is how the nails looked. Terrible. Everyone else in the salon was incredibly nice and they fixed my nails. My nails looked much better after the correction but I still don’t think I would go back after my experience with “Mike”."
