"This place is wonderful. They are very honest and reliable. I took my mom’s car because the tire light was on- they said one tire needed a new sensor and that was it. $85 later and we were done. I appreciate their trustworthiness and reliability. Will be going back for sure!"

"I guess I went in with high expectations based off what I've always heard about Tire Barn. Went in to replace a tire, and ended up paying $350.00, which is normally what I pay for 2 tires. Maybe that is my fault for going in and expressing my desperation in needing in done same day. When I left the shop, the car was noticeably wobbly. I could feel it in the steering wheel and foot pedals. I chalked it up to being a new tire. After a few days, it hadn't gone away. I called the shop and left a message for a call back and never received one. Called the next day and was told a manager would call me back. That never happened, either. Called a 3rd time, and still no response. I finally had to take it to another shop. The cause was due to the fact the new tire had not been balanced at all."

"Despite the bad reviews below I decided to give them a shot. My wife had gone here a few months back and said she had a positive experience. I made a reservation online and was able to drop my vehicle off, as scheduled. The guy waiting on us was friendly. Got a call a few hours later when my car was ready. Pretty simple. I’m glad I didn’t have to deal with poor service."

"Went into shop to see about tires. I walked in and there was a couple waiting at the front desk. It was 10:49am and they told me they had a 10:30am appt. for new tires and no one came up to even check them in. They had been standing there for 19 minutes past their appt.time. They said they were repeatedly looked at and ignored. So I walked over to the left window to see if anyone was there and a guy saw me and yelled at me…he yelled “You gotta wait” made a sweeping gesture with his hand and walked away. Not even a “please have a seat, someone will be with you shortly”. So all 3 of us walked out. To the owner of this business…your employees rudeness cost you 8 new tires. Do better!"

"They were helpful in determining the age of the tires on the used toll dolly we had just bought. They didn't have the tires but the guy was good with suggestions. Since it was Labor Day they were one of the only places open."
