"Great food, friendly service, good atmosphere."

"So I mostly travel by bike .and desperately needed to order food at Wendy's. Only problem was that the lobby was closed. So I started thinking of how I could get food from drive thru on a bike. So I decided to try calling and placing the order then pick up on my bike. Well the employee instantly shoot that down and said they absolutely could not take orders over the phone, and gave me no other alternative. Then I thought of looking online. I learned that you could place orders on the app to be picked up. So that's what I did. When the app alerted me that my order was ready I rode up on my bike to pick up , the order was not ready, the manager seemed to be upset that I was able to figure out how to place a pick up on my bike. I waited 15 minutes for my order that turned out to be all wrong nothing fresh and no napkins. People should be more focused on helping the customer however they can, rather than being judgemental on the customers appearance Im pretty sure the fact I was on a bike they are the assumption I was lower poverty level. Then proceeds to make it as hard as possible for the assumed lower class citizen to feed their family. Left me speechless never going back there again."

"The food is usually good at Wendy's. Our cashier was attentive and friendly. Our food was ready in under 10 minutes. Everything was good, they even got our extra sauces. The only thing was the lettuce on the burger that tasted weird. We took it off, and everything was fine."

"It’s the day before Thanksgiving, obviously an extremely busy day for the restaurant industry. You don’t expect the greatest experience on days like this, but that’s exactly what I got at this Wendy’s. The drive thru speaker was clear, the woman on the other end was friendly and attentive, as was the young man at the cash window. My order was correct, the hamburger patties were properly drained of grease, and I was thoroughly impressed. This is the first fast food experience I’ve had in YEARS that harkened back to what you could expect every time a couple of decades ago. In other words, THIS WENDY’S IS KILLING IT! Five stars, all the way!"

"15 minutes waiting on the drive through line fries at least 20 min past cold, chicken nuggets so cold and hard can't even be eaten, chicken wrap lukewarm. Major issues and all within 20 minutes of closing. No copy of the receipt. Bacon on the baconator fries overcooked more like bacon bit chips. Look forward to hearing from the manager in the morning. To make matters worse ordered cherry ginger ale, flat no cherry flavor."
