"Arrived for dine-in BUT when I stepped inside it smelled like nasty mold, the place looked dirty, some guy was sleeping on the booth, and the fountain drinks were out of order. I've seen one or two not working but all of them. I ended up leaving, wasn't worth the risk to eat here and I would suggest avoiding it at all costs or the very least going inside instead of drive through to see it all for yourself."

"It’s always a painfully long wait to get food. I’ve been there waiting and overheard the manager turn away a customer bc they didn’t have a certain chicken made and the manager wouldn’t make more. My husband and I moved here January and the fountain machine hasn’t worked since (at least) then. But honestly probably before. There’s always workers standing in the back and it takes an eternity for them to notice you standing up front"

"To the owner of this franchise location. Give me $1000 and I will give you 40 hours. Five 8 hour shifts. Two to observe, one to develop procedural changes, two to implement changes. I guarantee I can improve your efficiency and increase your sales. I went for carrot arriving at 5:55pm. It took 25 minutes to place my order and 25 minutes to get my order. I watched 5 vehicles pull away including one that had already placed their order. I’m guessing average drive through order to be around $30.00. That’s $150.00 you lost just while I was waiting. I asked the girl if there were only two people working. She found that funny and basically replied “more or less”. I have worked in high volume restaurants for many, many years and have worked with top food and beverage directors. I don’t expect KFC to be true fast food but come on, 50 minutes!"

"I started with placing my order online tonight at around 9pm and then I went to go pick up my order about 5-10 minutes after. Once I arrived at this KFC I noticed there where no cars at all in the parking lot so I started to wonder if they were closed… so I continued to head for the drive-through anyway as I had already paid for my food. I pulled up to the speaker and waited for about 5 minutes and nobody ever said anything even after I said hello, so I then pulled away aggravated at this point cause I paid for food I couldn’t even get and then as I was passing the window I noticed there were employees inside chitchatting and staring out the window with their headsets on so clearly they heard me say hello when I spoke to them through the speaker and they just completely disregarded me. I am beyond pissed that I chose to get out just to pick this food up during open business hours that was pre-paid for just to not get it and my time be completely waisted. I 100% do not recommend anyone taking their business here, the place is run down and their employees obviously could care less about how they treat their customers, which will be the sole reason I will no longer be returning or be a customer of theirs any longer."

"I got the 16 piece meal. Waited for fresh chicken. It was great. Then I opened the box that was supposed to have 8 biscuits in it. Kind of sad that someone thought this was OK to serve to a customer."
