"Food was overcooked. I was refunded. I watched staff drop tongs on the floor, rinse them off (water only), then use them to bag 2 orders of chicken nuggets. I had to tell her to wash the tongs & throw away the nuggets. She only threw away the 2norders of nuggets. She should have thrown them all away & washed out the tray because at that point they were all contaminated."
