"Looks like they just don't care in this location. Poor maintenance, dated fixtures & furniture, torn up booth seats. Floors are slick and atrocious! Asked for FISH, husband got CHICKEN ~TWICE! The server was gracious, but not their fault, but could not tell fish from chicken. Sad minced fishy patty, sliced thin, over cooked in poor oil choice, and over breaded to make portions look larger. I recommend staying home after this try. Unless you love the French Fries. The fries are still pretty good but thinner and shorter than what typical fries should be. Is there a THEFT PROBLEM? All condiments were not available to customers for use. Only one salt and pepper set in the whole joint. Same with available napkins: only one dispenser unit, and that half full. If you had any idea to mop-up/mop-out the dripping oil from fish, you would be out of luck."

"Hands down great experience! We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door which was a great start to our visit! Our Cashier was extremely friendly and even recommended the Chocolate Cheesecake (which was an extremely great idea). Restaurant was clean and our food was hot and fresh, and also came out extremely quickly which was great considering the fact that we were in a bit of a hurry! For sure recommend stopping here if your Hungry in Crawfordsville! Will for sure return!"

"Misty and Jolene(?) were top notch. Helped me with my coupon issue. Food was super quick and just what I expected. I heard Misty several times interacting with customers plus training Jolene. She knows her stuff!! The bathrooms could use some attention both cleaning and maintenance."

"I dont usually expect much from fast food. Im never surprised when anyone gets my order wrong or the cheese on the outside of the bun.. BUT! This was the worst food I have ever had.. I got a chicken platter and a fish platter.. could not tell the differnce. neither one tasted like chicken or fish. it was super greasy and completely disgusting. I will not be going back.."

"Extra Charge for Batter Crumbs?!?!? I requested extra crumbs with my combo meal and was surprised to see an additional charge on my bill when I got home, and this additional boat with about 2 tablespoons of crispies in it. Additionally, the combo meal was almost $9, which to my recollection is about twice as much as the last time I was there (granted, it's been awhile) and the fish fillets were half as thick (not more than half an inch thick). They forgot the slaw which is over $2 on the menu, so I had to drive back to pick it up, and was surprised to see that the slaw was in a container so small that it couldn't have held more than two tablespoons. Certainly NOT a good value since they're raised the prices AND lowered the quality and quantity of food you receive."
