"Never again. The person who took my order was rude, acted like every item I ordered was an inconvenience and definitely shouldn’t be working in customer service. My receipt came out blank and I asked for another copy bc the price didn’t seem right, the rude person who took my order decided to say “if I could’ve gave you one I would but obviously we can’t” first off, I want to know what you charged me for and I would like to see what I’m paying for. They claim they have no ink at all in the whole store. No cup holders, long wait time and overall a bad job!!! Terrible workers, terrible management. Just ghetto."

"Did not get a receipt either time. The first time, we ordered onion rings and didn't get any. Fish sandwich with lettuce and mayo came with pickles. Fine. No receipt to prove our order, so we had to pay again for the onion rings. We were given 5 onion rings out of spite."

"Not really sure what is going on, if they are short staffed or what. But I just don’t understand when they stopped teaching good customer service because I’ve worked in the fast food industry. I’m a nurse now and could never imagine talking to my patients the way these employees are in the drive thru. Especially on nights. This is your job. You came to Burger King looking for employment not the other way around. Do better Burger King."

"This bk is the worst. The food was raw and the fries were 3 days old. Then I called the store and the ghetto rachet lady that answered went insane when I questioned what they were thinking serving food like this."

"Recently worked here Jacqueline was very unprofessional. Dirty store. Fries aren’t regularly changed broiler cleaned every other night. Meat being reused for the next day. Greasy floors, dusty ceilings. Improper storage of the food you consume. And the freezer that stores all your food is kept right next to the nasty friers. My second week working there I cleaned it and it was still leaking grease"
