"Didn’t have the best experience. I came in with my mother and daughter and we checked out separately. The girl I had was like a deer in the head lights and had no idea what the heck was gonna on. My mom checked out with Madelyn and she was rude and condescending. Then we got the meal and the names were wrong in the orders and then both the orders were incorrect. Have some pride in your job. Food was good though at least."

"We order a chicken sandwich w/ extra pickles, didn’t even get the normal amount of pickles on the sandwich. we also order a large fry and 8 piece nugget. those were fine except being a little cold. i had asked for mayo and chick-fil- sauce. i went to put the mayo on my sandwich and it was runny clear liquid. i got 2 packs and they both were expired. my sandwich was ruined because i poured it on top. the chick-fil- sauce was also expired and a dark orange color, and moved liked jello"

"Always great food, and even better experiences here. Went here on Friday to hand out with some friends, I accidentally got the Frosted Lemonade, but I'm really glad I did. It's the best drink I've had from CFA. I would highly recommend getting it!"

"Wife did an order on the App, while the sandwiches were amazing … our “large” fries were barely fried more like thawed … and the box was closer to medium. While I appreciate the speed and enthusiasm of the service . The food is why people eat here. Really disappointing to eat warm soggy fries with a hot sandwiches. Do better !"

"Service was great. Even had an employee come and take our tray when they noticed we were finished. The good was good. Nothing was cold or unappetizing. My chicken club tasted great. The sauce (honey roasted BBQ) that comes with the club is awesome."
