"Our electric dryer started making an unbearable squeak and a ticking noise. We called A Step Above and they were able to get us in quickly and were very nice on the phone. They kept us updated as to when the technician would arrive and he was right on time, no waiting half the day. He knew very quickly what the issue was, explained what it would take to repair it and double checked to make sure we wanted to spend the money. Once he had the ok from us, he fixed the dryer quickly and it's now as good as new. I would recommend everyone call here for ALL of your appliance repair needs."
