"lady that made my sandwiches was incredibly rude. Ordered my first sandwich and then told her there was another sandwich, to which she put her hand in the air, turned and made a snide comment to her coworker about me ordering a second sandwich. Walked over to the bread and said "what do you want". Totally lacked any customer service. Be nice. you never know what people are going through. Adding: there was one person in line behind me so they were not completely slammed. sandwiches were fine, which is why i gave 2 stars"
"Their pop machine was empty of carbonation after I paid and when I asked for a replacement bottle from the fridge I was rudely told to go pay for the drink by one of the employees. The manager was very nice though and allowed me to grab one from the fridge after she stepped in. I didn’t mean any harm or to be rude. I’m glad the situation was resolved but please inform the customer that the pop machine is not working correctly before selling something you cannot properly provide. Thank you"
