"Went there in an emergency needing a new headlight on a dark, cold, and rainy night about an hour before they closed and a kind gentleman with one arm went above and beyond to help me find the correct headlight and even helped me install it so I could get back on the road again quickly. Didn't catch his name but was definitely a 5 star experience with him."

"Completely a joke no one knows how to do anything. They can’t sell you a correct part and won’t give you a refund or do an exchange and will say a manager will call you back. They never do. Then when between a rock and a hard place months later you drag your feet in there and they tell you they can order the part you need and it’ll be there the next day by 10 and when you go get it you’re told it’s not there and to wait and then when you question them about the part you find out you’ve been waiting over a hour for them to show you they ordered the wrong part and then they tell you they don’t sell what you need. Good thing Auto Zone is just a block away, cheaper, and more reliable."

All she wants to do is take her money for no reason as per John Jay will give you free stuff all the time!!!!! Also, the lady at the front should work at Walmart because she has the personality of a door greater"
