"Went to return items at Walmart super center in Tupelo MS. Went to customer service desk and was abruptly greeted by an employee named Rolanda. She refused to refund our products. However, when management got involved it was resolved. Her tag said 5 years with company but her skills with the public were unprofessional."

"Update Jan 30 2024 Was harassed as i walked in to Walmart After asking for a handicap cart Im disabled. Was told in bad attitude over n over N over My dog cant be in the cart. I told him she has to. He continued till i finally told him to leave me alone I put my hand up ,walked away. His name is Rick Hes a manager ,very very rude bossy I tryed to explain why dog needed to be in cart Wouldnt listen. I went and complained to higher manager Very nice ,he said i can put a liner in cart Then next time. Then Rick had to come up And imply i lied about him I called him a liar and confronted him W fact he ignored my request for handicap Cart. .of course he twisted the story Unreal. This makes 3 times being harassed by Walmart Employees! If your disabled or disabled veteran W service dog BEWARE YOU WILL BE HARASSED by him or the team leader That will follow you around. Worst walmart ever ruined my shopping experience Made me feel very nervous and upset My dog could feel it And got anxiety very bad So sick of these misogynistic , Malignant narcissistic men. Harassing.me in walmart. Imo was harassed over my service dog By a team leader , Kept standing there saying I wanna keep my customers safe My dog hadnt done anything wrong Shes a puppy. Walmart should stop.bothering One of their biggest customers. Getting tired of the misogynistic Behaviors of their male employees. 2nd & 3 rd time for dog Here in tupelo. 1st time ash flat Arkansas! Pure harassment, Ima start video taping you And put it on google maps. To expose this behavior towards disabled Female shoppers."

"Not happy with my in person service. Very rude lady not to me also my husband. Demanded my husband to get a buggy & told me to put the groceries on the checkout without asking. Then was given very mean dirty looks. I was told to “Watch my mouth” while talking to my husband. Also in front of my 2 toddlers. I don’t understand and don’t like it. If people are not working in a good environment something needs to be done immediately!! It will rub off on you and your family the moment you walk in the door. Will be using neighborhood Walmart from here on out."
