"The dog food prices are ridiculous 6 pack of iams 17.99 Walmart has the same thing for 13.98 and there's no difference between the dog food. I think Kroger needs to lower the price they are just taking advantage of people"

"This is the closest Kroger to me and the one I visit almost daily. If Walmart wasn’t a literal nightmare I would probably go there but…no. This Kroger has got to be one of the most infuriating grocery stores I’ve ever patronized. If you go in at 2:30 in the afternoon 75% of the registers are open and you have your pick of whichever one you want to use without a line because there’s 20 people in the store. If you walk in at 430 when everyone is getting off work they’ve shut down all but 4 lanes and there will be customers backed up down the aisles. This is not an exaggeration. And god help you if you get stuck behind anyone over the age of 60 in the self checkout. It will take them 45 minutes to figure out this strange new technology and will spend another 15 mins waiting on the self checkout attendant to get done with their conversation to go and help them every 5 mins. I literally don’t understand how you can run the store more inefficiently. They inexplicably replaced 3 self checkout stations with two self checkout “lines” that take twice as long to use as the small ones."

"Good for a lot of things, but management never opens up the second section of self check outs. No matter how busy it is expect at most one section of self checkouts to be open and maybe 2 cashier lanes open. They get slammed between 5 and 7 every day and we all just have to wait at least 5-10 minutes to start checking out."
