V nail and spa 1926 Highway 45 North, Columbus, MS 39705

"Ok let me start off by saying I very rarely give bad reviews and this review is not totally bad but in part. The place itself is very nice and clean and doesn't have the typical "nail salon" smell. The place is laid out very nice and open. Ok here is the problem...My wife and I went today 10/9/2023 for me a pedicure and her a mani/pedi. They took her right to get started on her nails and took me to soak my feet. Well...fast forward 18 min (yes 18min) and my water is now cold and my feet look like prunes. Nobody has spoken to me or even looked my way. My wife is now complete with the first part of her pedi and they bring her over and immediately start on her feet as I still soak in cold water. As I sit in disbelief I take my feet out of the water and prop then up thinking someone will notice. Another 8 min go by and no one says a word. I let my wife know I'm headed to car, so I put my shoes on and walk out and still, not 1 of the 8 people working there seem to care that I am just leaving. Not good at all...thanks for nothing V nails"

"Very rude Bella is the worst. Treats black and white customers completely different. White lady comes In they are greeted very nice and told to pick their color. Black lady comes in they barely speak. Would not spend another penny at this place."

"I never write bad reviews because I can deal with a lot but If I could rate a ZERO I WOULD. They did not paint over my entire nail. Regardless of a cuticle I could literally see a space of my nail between my cuticle and the polish. I told them that, and he decided to do another coat which was the 4th coat including the clear which made it way too thick and bubbled up. Of course that didn’t look right. After that they took it all off and would not service me. You may not be able to accommodate everybody but you can sure try, especially after your only attempt to fix it made it worse. VERY POOR SERVICE."

"Worst nail experience of my life. My best friend and I went in for a mani-pedi. The pedi was ok, but rushed and the polish does not look even. We both decided to get acrylic nails for a change. Bad decision. They were rude throughout the process. Neither of our cuticles were taken care of. The overlay on my acrylics were so far away from my nail bed that it looked like they had been growing out for at least a week. After she polished them she filed the ends…thus, the polish off of the ends. My acrylics look lumpy and the shape is not what I asked for. The ones she chose for my nails do not all fit my nails. Horrible experience. I felt like crying when I left. They LOOK fake and horrible. A nail tech that knows what they are doing can make them look real and lovely. For this, on top of the rude behavior, would give them no stars if I could."

"Very good! My nails look beyond cute! Worst thing though is the time. We had plan to be done around 10:30/35, it was 11:01 when I got finished. Overall great place!"
