"Literally the worst hair stylist you can ever think. I booked for a full highlight and the stylist Jessica was rude, obviously didn’t want to do her job! Was talking to me like I was stupid. I have had highlights done for over a year now I know what the process for a dark haired person to get the color they are wanting it takes several sessions! I know the damage process I know all of it. But still didn’t want to do her job especially when I was also adding on all of the things she recommended. Especially ticked me off when I had an important thing to attend this weekend! And the worst part was costumers chasing me out of the door telling me how messed up and rude the stylist was to me! Do Better and listen to your clients not your self!"

"I typically have a wonderful experience at this location. Not today! The cashier looked like she hadn't showered in days and had just rolled out of bed. After asking 3 times for my samples, she looked at me and said, "We probably don't have any." Then, just handed my receipt and helped the next person. Just rude and no one seemed to want to be working. Everyone was disheveled and not helpful. Customers were having to help eachother because the employees clearly didn't care."

"High-end makeup is best matched with high-end cleanliness, displays, and staff! Ulta Beauty of Columbus, MS is a great representative of the makeup world. I have only been here once for an online-order, but I immediately found myself wondering around to browse the beautiful selection of makeup, skincare, and hair-care products! My favorite thing about this location is the staff. I have been to many Ulta stores where I feel almost stalked by employees asking me if I need help. I have also been recommended products I didn't truly like. At this facility, I was greeted sweetly and left alone to browse comfortably. Upon reaching the check-out counter, the girl was very down-to-earth and kind. Sometimes the makeup world is intimidating, but this store makes it so inviting."

"I've only been to this location once, but everyone was super nice & helpful. A major highlight of this chain is how well-organized & clean their stores always are. It makes a huge difference in my shopping experience as a whole, & is much appreciated. ....especially when compared to other "box" stores, where you have to dig for products- that are often times opened/tested, without the knowledge or approval of said company. Ulta, however, is a classy step above the rest... focusing on customer satisfaction, variety, & presentation."
