"I've been eating at this location for 5+ years. Although the food is always excellent, the service has gone downhill recently. I've had multiple orders over the past couple of months with food items missing. When I reluctantly go back inside to get my missing food, I'm met with attitudes and never an apology. It's a shame, but I'd rather spend my money elsewhere!"

"Hands down the worst Culver’s in the area. After waiting I was brought a shake I did not order. I let the worker know, wrote down my order and she said she would be back because all the orders were mixed up. The parking lot was full of customers waiting. After 30 minutes she came out to tell me the manager said that’s not what I ordered and I would need to repay since I did not receive a receipt and I had paid cash. I explained I had paid cash, the total amount I paid, etc. manager stated I needed to repay. I ended up going inside along with the others who were waiting for their orders, requesting the manager who initially refused to speak. I gave the shake back, asked the gentleman who took my order in payment for confirmation and he confirmed. Finally got my order that had been sitting on the counter. Took the food because I did not have another 30 minutes to wait for a chicken sandwich and fries. Last time I will go to this location."
