"Ordered my food and when o got to work and was gonna add sugar I noticed a bug floating in my coffee. It’s not a coffee grind and if you look close enough you can see its legs. Will be reporting this to the health department and making a formal complaint with corporate. This is a failure on every level. The management team failed today and I always love the employees at this location. Spent 6 bucks on my order and won’t be eating it. So unprofessional."

"This is literally the worst McDonald's in the area. Every single time I have been here. I'm waiting 20 minutes or more for my order. I'm currently sitting in line waiting for a happy meal and had I not already paid I would be gone. I have literally been waiting here for 15 minutes with a mile long line of people that also waiting for their food that have already paid. For literally four chicken nuggets and some fries? Like you should literally have that pre-made and ready to go. What the hell is going on at this establishment? Management needs to step in and do something. All they do is make people pull forward and then wait forever for their food."
"Evening crew is absolutely horrible. The store is a nightmare! The store is filthy, trash cans are overflowing, and you'll be lucky to find a clean table. The drink area has garbage all over the place. Not to mention the customer service is horrible! Total 180 from the fabulous afternoon shift."
