"This has been the absolute longest I have waited in a drive thru. It’s been 40 min and still have not gotten food.it was not even busy. There was not even an acknowledgment or a sorry for the wait. I understand there maybe lack of employees but this is unacceptable. I do not have an hour to spend at a drive thru."

"Was lied to only had 2 biscuits and it takes 20 minutes to make fresh ones it Doesn't I've waited before just didn't want to make them. So Sad."

"I dont know if burger King employees see this but I just wanted to let them know I picked up my order around 7:30pm today and everything was perfect. This burger King never disappoints! I've been to many others and they usually mess my order up pretty bad. Keep up the good work everyone! I'm happy to say my local BK is top notch!! I tried to give feedback on the app but unfortunately it's only for issues with orders. Looking forward to ordering more in the future thanks again I appreciate yall."

"Looks good on the outside. Horrible on the inside. Sloppily made barely any veggies. And the ones that were on there didn't taste fresh. Only reason they got a 3 is because the fries were fresh. This location usually does pretty well as far as quality but someone dropped the ball this time."

"I'll NEVER return to this burger king again! I ordered the #1 no ketchup, add cheese and bacon, three 2 for $6 whoopers ( 2 no onions, 2 no ketchup add mustard, 2 with everything and add cheese on all). Everything was wrong. I talked to the manager, who was kind in the beginning. He said keep the burgers and he'll redo the whole order. He did. They were still wrong and I didn't receive the #1. I explained this to him. I also told him I didn't want all those burgers, I just want the one corrected. He threw a bagged burger at me, still incorrect. He told me that he's not dealing with me and closed the window in my face. I asked for the corporate number, through the closed window. He said google it. I didn't move from the window. He yelled for me to move or he was going to call the police. I told him to call. The police came, asking me to move to the parking lot. The police was very kind and understanding to my plight. I received the corporate number but left with 13 burgers that noone could eat and $35 less in my pocket. 0 STARS to the burger king on Kennedy in Hammond, Ind."
