"This is thee absolute best White Castle that I've ever been to. They have never been rude and they're always really pleasant. I've never gotten my order wrong at this location. They always decorate the restaurant nicely, for every holiday. And their speed of service is fast, even when they're busy."

"The food was good and the staff friendly, but during this visit there were definitely some areas that needed improvement. * Order took much longer to come out than is typical * Order taker/cashier was nice but appears to be in need of a bit more training and guidance * Had to wait for coffee order. None was ready. * Dining room was a tad bit on the messy side and needed a good once over Men's rest room was clean, save for some paper on the floor. But no funny smells or anything."
