"Guy at the window was super nice when I changed my drink at the window (for some reason I blanked on what I wanted to order and said the wrong thing) and even gave me a free drink along with it. Great employees at this location!"

"I did have a good review but I changed it today when I got a lecture about arriving too early for my pick up order. I’m confused if I order in drive thru they would make the drink right then and I would wait for it. So if I pull up early and I’m waiting on my mobile order still that should be my problem and NOT AN ISSUSE THAT STAFF FEEL THE NEED TO BRING IT UP! Not to mention I did order 5 mins ahead and was the only car there at the location inside or outside so (not that it should matter) the whole comment was extremely unprofessional and made me feel so awkward! I ordered 3 items and waited on 1 for about 2 seconds and she still felt the need to lecture me like it was a problem. I’ll go back to Dunkin again instead of here everyday like I’ve been doing for months!"

"This starbucks is really great in the summer. Short lines and friendly staff who know how to make the drinks quickly. During the semester, it's very busy and you can wait a long time before getting your drink, plus the batistas are often new and inexperienced."

"I'm sorry, to tell a customer to "really watch the app time next time to pick up order" is not professional. No one was in line when I pulled in. They weren't busy. Just was a rude comment. It was 540 in the morning. I ordered a head on my way to work. Just like I always do! I didn't complain once, didn't even have to wait. But why was I told this!? Now I remember why I switched to Duncan. Starbucks is really getting out of hand with their rude service. I never have a good experience anymore. I will just stick to Duncan. They are always nice and never give any grief! It's literally quite sad that they are the way they are! And charge so much!"

"This is a pretty nice Starbucks – definitely an improvement over the former location just down the road (I may be aging myself here since I can’t remember how long it’s been since they moved). They definitely need more bathrooms though. There are only two and I’ve been here several times when one was out of order for some reason or another. I’m sure I don’t need to go into any more detail but a coffee shop needs plenty of bathrooms lol. ETA: Is the name of this business showing up as 스타벅스 for anyone else, or is it just me? I’m sure my phone region isn’t set to Korea or anything like that. When I tried to edit the name the first form field was “Name in Korean (required)” which is really strange since last I checked this Starbucks is not in Korea…"
