"Horrible. Service manager in drive through was rude, I waited in line for almost 10 minutes to get to speaker, only to be told it would be another 10 minutes to wait for order. Wanted to order 2/$6 fish, only to be to told they were completely out, maybe tomorrow. Marquee in front had that offer lit up, big posters in the window, no one to come out to people to tell them that so they could depart the line without feeling trapped to get out of it. When I protested to her, she was really snarky about it all. Went back two days later, inside. The man at the register was very nice. Waited almost 20 minutes for thin fish patty sandwich, unevenly cooked, sloppy assembly, sauce everywhere. Clearly short staffed while other nearby restaurants had more staff than they had hours for. Clearly a management issue. It will be a very long time before I visit Arby's again."

"Food was not of the same quality as other Arby’s locations. The service was quick, but the food didn’t taste good. My soda also tasted super watered down. Also, I ordered a large fry and got enough fries to equate to a small size. They filled up the fry box only half way. Very poor experience. Will not be returning to this location."

"First time here and this is all what I got for $20. Plus a bug in my coke. The man there taking my order is rude. I had diarrhea and spent 3 hours in my bathroom after having this meal. "We've eaten here a few times before and continued to give this location "one more chance". I now believe this is the worst Arby's I've ever been too. Service is horrible and the roast beef is often terrible quality. Very disappointing."
