"They took long preparing our food, and there were only two people ahead of us."

"Employees don't care to acknowledge customers who are present to make an order when self kiosk is closed. Got my food fairly quick. The majority of my order was for the kids, and the one order was spilt between a friend. The hamburger was still cold and pink in the center. Had to check the kids' food before they finished cause I don't want them to get sick. I should've went back and got my money for that item, but with the "kind and attentive" service I received when ordering. I probably would got another undercooked meal or a hassle getting a refund."

"I should not have taken 12 minutes for a simple 6 piece chicken nuggets. When the order came the CSR called my number, set the order on the counter and walked away. Didn't check to see if everything was okay, no thank you, nothing!"

"The lobby was very clean. The food was decent, but my fries tasted a little old. I was able to place my order conveniently on the machine and await it to be made. I THOUGHT it was going to be bought to us, because the instructions were to seat at the assigned table, and the food would be bought out, but I had to go get it when they called my number. It's not a big deal, though. Overall, nice location."

"Went to dine in Today Bad attitude,NOT WELCOMING STUFF AFTER ORDERING AND RECIEVED FRIES THAT HAVE BEEN REFRIED MANY TIMES AS ITS HARD SEE PICTURES ,NO KETCHUP,NO NAPKINS (RUNS OUT OF SUPPLIES) AND VERY SLOW I DONT KNOW IF ITS UNDER STUFF OR JUST TOO LAZY TO DO THEIR JOB !"
