"We walked into this establishment before 9:30 pm to order a pizza. We were ignored by the cashier for a few minutes and once they finally came up to the register, we tried to order. We asked to order a cheese pizza. The cashier threw his hand up and said no more walk ins. Will not be going back to this particular establishment again just based on the lack of customer service alone."

"The company that pride it self with speed and service, this store on Indianapolis boulevard in Whiting Indiana is one of the worst places you can imagine. They are lazy, non professional and above all they lie. I went to the store in person, ordered some pizzas two and a half hours ahead of time and payed for it. When I came to pick up the order, they were confused, "backed up", looking for the order, whispering at the back what they gonna do, and at the end came with the perfect solution, "; it'll be done in 35 min". They treat their customers with no respect and are unprofessional beyond common sense. At last, this is my mistake as well as other customers. We keep going to the same place in hope that something is going to change, but they are not even trying. They are getting worse and worse, and they don't even care. I won't be going there anymore definitely. Hopefully, others will learn too."

"Never never never ordering from here again!!!!! Wanted something simple and what I thought was quick dinner. Order one pizza and garlic bread and an hour later no food…. I’ve never been so disgusted with a place like I am now. When I asked about how much longer they claim I had not placed an ordered the gentleman walked away shaking his head even after showing proof of the online order and ignored me. People have come and gone most have cancelled their order bc of the wait just like I have. Please stay away from this location if possible unless you have time to wait around"

"Fool me once shame on you. Fool me 100 times shame on me. I keep giving this place a chance but end up with a soggy, no crust having non cut greasy mess of a pie. I mean how hard is it to cut a pizza? EVERYTIME I’m stuck using my fingers as a pizza cutter. Holy Christ please pray for these employees and this establishment."
