"This location and the other location on 165th and Columbia sucks. First off the prices are ridiculously high and the service isn't..I was served some undone food..this is so unacceptable. I definitely went up there to complain and to request some fresh hot food. Nor was the manager Apologetic or Attentive!! He was definitely unprofessional and the attire shows that he didn't care ..I'm pretty sure he has sanitation license so he knows better not to serve undone and old food. Let me google the health department!!!"

"No sauce with my food. On top of ripping us off of my nuggets the only gave me 8.. Which isn't bad but when u pay for 10 u expect 10... Ordered a sundae with extra fudge which they charge you for only to not get it. The windows also looked like someone just broke in. Terrible will not go back. Try burger King where you can have it you way."

"Next time I order no lettuce, let's make sure you don't put it on all sandwiches and make sure it's done correctly. Thank you for probably listening this time. I went and order 2 McChickens no lettuce and cheese and pickles and 2 mcdoubles add mac sauce, what do they do add lettuce on all sandwiches no mac sauce, no cheese, and no pickles but still charge me. Do better or work somewhere else. That goes for employees and/or managers. I would give a zero or less if I could."

"Don’t come to this McDonald’s after any late night citywide event. This McDonald’s is horrible at traffic management and there is almost no room at night to go around the restaurant. There is TRAFFIC like that on 80/94, all entrances were blocked. Finally upon entering restaurant loading area vehicles are scattered attempting to create their own lanes to get out of the restaurant parking area. The owner / operator needs to demolish this location and rebuild a newer modern location with more mobile only lanes and easier access in and out."
