"Heavy set black musty lady is very rude and unpleasant, this is a new location and I definitely won't be returning. She was mad because they made drink wrong and made smart remarks thinking I didn't hear her. You can't be musty, rude and ugly... pick a struggle baby girl."

"Horrible staff!! Currently sitting at the drive through 5 min til 5:30 didnt know they open at 5:30 they didn’t say we are not open yet nothing they just Ignored me. Heavy set black girl with dreads. Very unpleasant place to Go. Very disappointed with the service. I will not be returning. I will stick to the Frankfort location. Place needs to just shut down or get better staff in that knows how to make the drinks. I’m always getting watery refreshers and I’ve had it! With how much they cost they should be made correctly!!!"

"Honestly, this was my worst experience this morning at Starbucks. I ordered from the app way ahead of time and got there and still had to wait more than 10 minutes for my order. I'm all for working moderately slow if you don't want to mess up an order, but the slow molasses service at this location took me by surprise. I'm used to baristas who want to be at work and are happy to service you. There was one lady behind the counter making 1 drink to others 3-4. 1:4 ratio, come on...THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE...SERIOUSLY! There are times when I'm so patient and willing to work with busy people when the customer service is A-1, especially if someone with special needs is on staff. This was not one of those occasions I will not be returning to this location!"

"The only person I love here I don’t even know her name (she had a grinch hat on today though! Love her!) However, I came in today ordered through the mobile app and see the reviews showing this is a consistent issue here. I placed my order 5 mins before walking in and see 4-5 people walk-in after me and order at the counter and have their food ready to go while I’m still waiting. I walk up to the pickup counter and before I speak ASIA ASKS me what’s the name on my order and when I asked how long she said it’s coming up. So you only asked because I stood up and proceeded to ask about my order. When she’s done with the order which literally only takes her less than a minute to make. I ask her a question about the managers name she did not answer because in the middle of me asking her another customer (who walked in after me and received their food before me) asks her a question she then takes full notice into the customer and did not answer my question. When I walked away to the other side of the counter she then asks me what was your question. In no longer interested in speaking with her because obviously my concerns weren’t her issues. The manager STACY THEN proceeded to give me a $4 gift card. I spend no where near $4 any and everytime I come in here. I never asked for a gift card or money I asked is this how you run your store. Because then I’ll take it upon myself to never decide to come here again. No customer service at all. Just because you have a smile on your face doesn’t mean your interested in the customers concerns. Smh. Horrible store and it hasn’t even been up longer than a year I believe."
