"Ugh, what a disappointment! I ordered #8461 drive thru at 10:57am and was excited for a good cup of coffee,The coffee was lukewarm and lacked the rich flavor I expect from Dunkin'. Additionally,My medium hot cappuccino was a disaster - it was only half-filled with a ridiculous amount of foam and way too much caramel of course it would be too much caramel when you filled the cup with foam only. The coffee itself was barely present! The food items were also subpar: the plain bagel with cream cheese and croissants were stale and flavorless, and the hashbrowns were undercooked. To top it off, the donut was stale too. What happened to quality control? This order was a total fail. 1/10 would not recommend.""

"No, I give a five out of five star rating because a lot of the staff is very friendly. They understand they listen. The orders are usually correct ever since recently somebody new was hired and I stop there today and I’m going to attach the photo with it my order standing that I always get is large iced mocha with cream and Splenda. Last few times I have gone there or my wife has gone there. We have had issues only on the days when the this new person is working please make sure that you are taking the persons order correctly and that you’re putting it in the system correctly other than that I have had no issues"
