"If you're a rewards member don't even bother trying to cash in, the manager never seems to be able to keep enough money in the drawer. Last 3 visits tried to cash in. Nothing available so I couldn't. Really poor management. 10/25/23 after one more try I just can't bring myself to play here anymore. Darlas and winnies I have better luck in manteno. These machines are incredible tight and get worse and worse every day. Saw a old lady loose over 900 and got 4 bonuses and one a few bucks on each one. I felt so bad for her. And after 3 weeks they finally had snacks again. And what happened to the "hot food" like pizza and stuff they said they would serve? I'm going to stop in and have them remove my loyalty in a few days. Not worth it, go somewhere else."
