"Have been here a dozen times or so. Only once was there an employee who took our order that I felt I wasn’t irritating them by asking a question or just by being there. Tonight, we got there at 7pm to order 4 drinks for which they only had the ingredients for 1 and the guy couldn’t have cared less. I will do my best to not go back to this location. If the employees don’t care about earning business then I guess they won’t, not that it’ll make a difference, I’m sure. Besides that, everyone that comes here knows the parking lot is horrible."
"I mean come on, you know and I know the location of this Starbucks is terrible. The coffee is fine but my god the line just sucks and the poor people going to any other store. It’s time for a change in location"
"I went in at 6pm tonight and asked for a dark roast coffee the employee looked and seen that there was no dark roast and said they didn't make it after 6pm, I asked why if your a coffee house that you don't make it, he said that they don't make it, so let me ask this if that's the case you need to put it on your website that certain stores dont make darkroast coffee after a certain time, but being a multimillion establishment you figure someone would in management would have a answer that question, I spend alot of money with Starbucks and for over 3.00 you would think that the customer comes 1st, very disappointed tonight!!!"
"Good store and service is usually good and friendly. The parking lot is ridiculous. If you can get a spot to park to get your order, you get stuck, and it takes forever to get out because of the drive-thru line."
"To whomever was handling the drive up around 6:45 am 11/15. Young woman, pink hair...you are seriously the nicest person, just starting my day with a kind greeting - keep doing that it's awesome. My tip was $5 on a $3 drink because of you."
