"We arrived and were seated promptly. We sat at the table with nobody coming to take our order. We sat there and watch people come in after us that were waited on as we still sat. We decided to walk out. Told the lady what I happened and promptly left and went next door to another restaurant to eat. This is our second time here and the first was equally terrible. Will not go back. STAY AWAY!"
"Truly not a good place to eat. Out of lettuce for a cheeseburger at 9 am on a Wednesday. Ordered a classic cheeseburger with bacon and lettuce. When I got my plate all I had was a patty and bun. No cheese, no bacon. Instead of the waitress coming back ,a gentleman returned. He gave me a plate with a slice of cheese and 2 strips of bacon. I asked for it to be heated so the cheese can be melted. He looked as if I started speaking French. So you want me to take it and reheat it? I said you know what I dont want you to do anything. It has now been over 20 minutes and our waitress has yet to return to check on our table. Will never be back nor do I recommend coming here."
"I took my goddaughter here to try the new Wonka menu. We got the lemonade drinks, pancakes, and Wonka burger. We were the only people in there and it took about 45 minutes to get the food. The lemonade was good, but not worth $6 each. Our waiter was extremely kind and took 20% off the bill because of the wait. He didn't check on us though or refill any drinks. I requested a glass of water, but that never came. The food wasn't good at all. I didn't even touch the fries after trying one. They weren't fresh. It was like they sat there all day under a lamp. Sadly, McDonald's tastes better than the food I received today."
