"While picking up prescription today, the woman pharmacist loudly said, “I don’t know why someone 80 years old can’t use text. They shouldn’t even be allowed to text”! I said, “I would like to say something. I am a senior citizen and I didn’t push the right button to get one medication refilled. That is a very prejudice remark you just made”! I left in tears and felt very degraded."
"Had a med order the Friday prior to my attempting to pickup. I call Monday and they say it needs authorized by insurance. I call the Dr's office. Handled same day. I check cvs online to see if it's even showing up on Wednesday. nothing. I call Friday morning and the expected fill date is Tuesday the following week. I bite the bullet and call Friday. They say they didn't see the insurance authorization. She'll have it filled in an hour for me to pickup. I show up 2 hours later with my toddler and she tells the tech helping me that she's stocking and it'll be another 10-15 mins before she can get to it. The male worker didn't even apologize and just walked away from the counter. I filed a corporate complaint. It's not the first time this has happened. And I'm torn because how close and local cvs is. It's ridiculous that somewhere who's motto is "We Care" is obviously grossly negligent towards their customers needs."
"The pharmacy staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. One of the pharmacists, Susan, frequently yells and curses loudly in front of customers, which makes for a very uncomfortable experience. The staff do not communicate well with doctor's offices. Medications are often not in stock and have to be ordered. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone."
"I'm not from the area and I'm glad I'm not because I would not trust the people in the pharmacy to not violate hipaa with my medications. I am standing near the pharmacy and I hear the pharmacist and a tech very openly and rudely gossip about a patient/customer about how "insert her FULL NAME" is rude and she needs a rehab, she's an addict, listing ALL her current meds. I was utterly shocked. I Cannot believe that not only did that occur but that the pharmacist, who is a medical professional by law, allow that to happen and took part in it."
"we called the pharmacist to leave a prescription. The pharmacist was not able to understand anything. She was awfully rude and not helpful. She was unable to understand medicine called Tolterodine. She told me that she has not heard that word in 10 years. She then hung up the phone. We called back and she will not take the phone. I was unable to leave a prescription for a patient."
