McDonald's

"my daughter had a friend spend the night last, they wanted McDonald's this morning, so we go. we order our food two six piece chicken nuggets two value fry, McDouble & value fry my , oldest daughter wanted a Big Mac meal, total was $40? I asked the girl at the window why so high," or if it would save me few bucks to make it a kids meal?. she just stared at me, proceeded to shut the order window, turn around and talk to a girl preparing drinks. That girl persisted in hand throw / toss my kids' drinks in my hand as to act like this was an accident, as they hit the ground, then got mad like it was my fault. She told me to pull forward stormed away. I dont understand what the management is teaching their staff, but wow, they need to learn some customer service and respect . not to get mad if someone asks a question about price or ? Asking a question on how to save a couple of bucks seems normal. People don't like to say anything due to being a small town, but rude service, for asking a question is uncalled for, We do not go there very much as it is, lately its nothing more than a high priced visit. Poorly prepared food, along with immature attitudes and under trained staff."

"This McDonald's has the worst sweet tea. I have had sweet tea at several different McDonald's in several different cities and states. Every single one has had good sweet tea except this one. You can barely taste the sugar. When I questioned the employee about it having sugar in it she was very rude. She took my cup and poured sugar in it and gave it back to me and said there you go."

"We placed an online order Got to McDonald's in Covington Indiana We hit the button to check in it said to please pull up or come inside to get your order and the money was taken off my card for this order We get to the window and we're told that we cannot have our food because there is no order placed although we have our order on our phone showing the manager which was very rude and she would not give us our food or our money back and tried to tell us that The money that was taken from my account is pending although we showed her it is not pending it was actually taken out of our account and still refused to fill my order I will never ever again go back there and be treated that way. I didn't even want to give this place one star but I had to to be able to make this post. So for everyone else out there make sure you do not order online because they will take your money and not give you your food."
