Starbucks

"The young man that took my order was nice and friendly the lady that made the drink was rude and upset that she didn't follow the directions on my drink so I asked her to fix it 2x. I paid extra so it was only right for her to correct her mistake. My first time visiting and I won't be returning to that location."

"It is the second time that unfortunately my “coffee” tastes like nothing, how sad, the name “Starbucks” is ruined by people who are not interested in selling what the company promises. Tasteless coffee and bad attitude towards customer service."

"This Starbucks is extremely rude. I had to park to write this review. Once I got to the window and was prepared to pay, I didn’t realize I had stars so I kindly asked if i could grab a quick cake pop and the older woman at the window literally rolled her eyes at me and says “This early huh?”. I was thinking "Yes its 9:30am, I am grieving the lost of a family member, I haven't had breakfast and a cake pop would make me feel better" but I just smiled and said "Yes, I know". I then asked for a pup cup and she rolled her eyes and said "YOU'RE KILLING ME". She abruptly walked away, got the pup cup, gave it to me and then walked away without a “Thank you” or “have a good day”. I couldn't believe it so I drove off. But as I am pulling off, I then hear her talking loudly about me saying “She needs to order when having her order taken, not at the window!” As a business owner myself, or just a decent human being, I would never treat someone the way she treated me. I was judged for my order, had her eyes rolled at me TWICE, was yelled at, not thanked [I drove 15 minutes out my way to Starbucks instead of 3 minutes away to Dunkin, from my home] and then was talked about as I drove off. This is unacceptable. I called to speak with the manager, he apologized, and said he’ll chat with her. I did not get her name, but she is a much older woman, in her late 50's early 60's with gray hair and she doesn't need to be at the window representing Starbucks, I am shocked at her behavior. This isn't okay. I will not be supporting this Starbucks."
