"Ordered online a outlet floor cover and because it was too small I wanted to return it. They said no, we can’t accept return, then I contacted the manufacture (Hubbell) and they said that a return can be done in a period of one year. After contacting back Gordon they said ok, we’ll take it but with a restocking fee. Lol, after paying shipping back (which they only accept UPS or FedEx) and the restocking fee I was down about $46 on this outlet floor cover."

"Purchased light bulbs which ended up not working out. Wanted to return them which the company agreed. However they charge a restocking fee plus you pay shipping. In the end on the return I would have netted less than a third of my original cost. Absolutely a rip off for a company to get profit on original purchase, then return, and again on resale. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE UNLESS YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY SURE YOUR PRODUCT WORKS WITH NO RETURN. FRAUD"

The entire online ordering process was smooth and the product was exactly what I wanted. Shades were packed with care and none arrived damaged. The transformation from my dated tulip shades to this style is amazing. Looks great!"
