"I brought my running saw in to get checked out and get an estimate of any repair needed. A friend picked the saw back up for me. I received back a saw in a box...in pieces. I did receive the estimate notes and was charged $25 for the estimate, which is fine. I called the shop. The GM, Mike, told me that's how they do it, it's extra to put it back together. Are you kidding me? Never again, and I suggest you don't either."
