"I love the prices and the fact that I can find a shoe of my liking on a whim."
"The store owner is very rude, she make her employees look like bums while she over dress her self like it’s 2012 at the mtv awards, she makes her employees not get along all for 13 dollars, the clothes are decades old, she has a smart mouth meanwhile not even making good money. I’ll shop at goodwill before I come there again!! Shut this place down immediately"
"I've visited this store several times and have never experienced such mistreatment. My daughter and I were shopping and followed around, by a white man who made us feel uncomfortable. I've never seen this guy before. I'm used to the nice black female manager who performed her job well without making you feel like a criminal. I walked pass the register and he asked was I ready, I said no. My daughter purchased her shoes, and I asked the guy if I could get 10% off my shoes since it had scratches on them. He responded no, because they are already on sale. (LIES) These shoes go on sale at the end of the season every year, I've received a discount on damaged items before, and told that the sale was final. I told him no thank you, I don't want to purchase them. He rudely said do you want them or not. I said no thank you, and walked out. This man was eyeballing/following me, and my daughter since we entered the store. And trying to rush me to purchase as if the store was about to close. It was only 1:45 P.M I will never shop here again, I will shop where I'm respected, and treated like a human being. I am not a criminal/theif. I work everyday, and can afford to purchase my items. Please teach your employees how to interact with customers."
"I purchased a pair of boots that were on sale, and other regular priced items, got home and realized I was charged full price for the boots and no longer wanted one of the outfits. When I went to return them I told the manager I wanted the price difference for the boots and I no longer wanted the outfit. I didn’t know it was final sale because I wasn’t told that at purchase and only seen it when I got home. She stated she trains her employees to mention it at purchasing and she know for sure the cashier on my receipt is very good with mentioning the policy, but apparently she doesn’t know how to ring up things that are on sale, I have been shopping here for years smh"
"I love this place. Best place to look for the hottest shoes and clothes. Prices are a little high but the products are nice. Would have gotten 5stars but they have YET to make an website! They’ve been open for a LONG time and if your familiar with (bare feet) in the south side they are just a up to date version."
