"What did yall do to your homefries?! My husband went in to get a to go order. The home fries are AWFUL! Definitely not the same ones that have been used. They were frozen - DRY and not the same at all. My pancakes were NOT done at all nor were the biscuits. He had to wait forever - which on the plus side: he was given free cookies. This was by far the worst experience we've ever had from here. Which is sad because we frequent there at least twice a month. Something like this will definitely keep us from going back. We understand that it's the holidays - but with that being said: if you don't want to work customer service - don't work customer service."

"I have never been to a Bob Evans before and therefore had no idea what I was missing. The food was exceptionally hot, especially the omelets. Servings were quite large, which is perfect for brunch. Seating area was well lit and spaciously comfortable. Friendly staff all around that helped with the $25/$5 deal."
