"Customer satisfaction was under par as the dennys birthday reward was not valued substantially. No substitute was allowed for declining meat as my diet is primarily vegan. Dennys should consider offering coffee as complimentary as well for the birthday reward. On the upside, the hashbrowns were the BEST."
"Excellent service. I use a cane. When the cashier saw me approaching the door, he immediately came to open the door and held it open until I got in. He even escorted me to a table. He is to be commended for assisting me. Our waitress was very polite and efficient. She took excellent care of us. It was apparent that she loved her job. I can't remember either of their names, they were both AfricanAmericans."
