"I just want to start off by saying me and my wife love this White Castle most of the time when Ryan and his shift work because we never have a problem with our food. Now on the other hand Ma’reen the store manger I believe always get the food wrong no matter how precise I can be. She got a little sassy today because she wasn’t listening and wanted to cook my food how she wanted to. I wasn’t going to do a review but today she took me there. She be all over the place and rushing her crew, which maybe she should listen to them so orders won’t be wrong. Thank you to the crew members who always get my order right!"

"I spent way too long in the castle for it to be fast food. Then my order was wrong. Because I ordered castles with no pickle and half the amount of onions you'd think it would not be right, but take less time. My fries, cheese sticks and fish nibblers that were requested fried hard were sitting under the warmer while waiting for the castles. It just didn't make sense."

"Never order a smoothie at this location. 20 mins for them to still not have it ready. This is the only location that makes you wait 15 plus minutes for a smoothie. Food getting cold and everyone is having side conversations. Management needs to do better."

"The sliders taste the best of any white castle i have eaten at. The food is always fresh, tasty, and hot. The drive through service is really slow, but that doesn't affect the quality."
