"Slopped together work. Ordered a breakfast crucnch wrap that had only a hashbrown and bacon...no egg or cheese. Bad service and not worth the money."
"I put in my order on the mobile app and drove 20 mins to the location. When I get to the drive thru, it was a full line of cars. The car at the speaker box drove off and I went to the speaker. Gentleman said through the speaker "I am the only manager on the line right now and the only one cooking so im shutting the restaurant down for a few minutes to catch up". I asked him if that would affect mobile orders because I had already paid. I was then told to pull around front and wait and my order would be brought out. When I pulled around to the front, I saw several people standing in the parking lot by a few cars. They had kids running around and were only concerned with conversation. Then after 10 minutes, 2 of the people outside go in the restaurant. That's when I realized they weren't customers standing outside, they were employees just ignoring several cars backing up the parking lot and drive thru. One employee then comes back outside to my car asking "what's the name on the order? We don't have a mobile order here. Are you sure it's under that name?" This is after telling them multiple times what the name on the order was. The order was already processed in the app so I couldn't cancel it. Another 20 minutes goes by before I finally get my food and when I get home, it's soggy and burnt and absolutely disgusting. We even got sick from the little bit of the order we did eat. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a taco bell. Telling customers that had already paid that the store is closing to catch up on orders because there's only 1 person cooking. Yet multiple employees are standing outside, not working, with children with them, then have the audacity to give attitude to customers that had been waiting over 30 minutes for already paid for food. That location needs to be addressed. Live and learn, I will never go to this location again."
"While in the drive-thru, the male cashier took my card for payment after I placed my food order. He walked away with my card to the register furthest away from the window (not the register at the drive-thru window). I noticed that while he had my card, he pulled out his cell phone and it appeared that he took a photo of my card. I felt uneasy about what just took place so I have been keeping a close eye on my account and sure enough the day after comes two suspicious charges (that I never made) of which I am 100 percent certain were made due to fraud associated with this young male. Why did he need to have his phone out pointed directly at my card, lit up, while putting through my card for payment? I have since closed my card (following the fraud) and I will be contacting Taco Bell corporate asap. To anyone reading this review, beware...take this as a learning lesson to carefully watch those who handle your debit/credit card. Fraud can happen anywhere, unfortunately. I definitely will never return to this Taco Bell location. Very disturbing to say the least."
"Ok so it's a taco, not complicated. Well think again. I order tacos and they come with little to no meat so this time I order extra meat. Now I have soft shells that are soggy and dripping oil and the lettuce is slimy. Not to mention the lettuce stalk I found when I decided to make a taco salad out of the soggy tacos."
