"3/4 of my Crunchwrap had no meet on it and was just soggy chip with lettuce nacho cheese and sour. When I asked for a new one the cook argued that it had meat. I’ve never had such a terrible and just out right skimpy meal. A new one was made and had an embarrassing Amt of meat on it also. I basically had a chip with lettuce, cheese, sour, and a tun of tortilla shell. I didn’t bother to complain a second time as clearly I was wasting my breath. These guys are new so hopefully it turns around. I’ll give it one more chance before ruling it out but I left hungry and disappointed this evening. The resturant was otherwise very nice and employees minus the cook were great"

"Two chances. Orders always wrong. Stale, hard chalupas. Inedible. Quesadilla only half filled. The other half just the tortilla. Tacos not wrapped correctly and fallen into bottom of bag by the time I get home. The only positive is the friendly staff."

"Ordered through the mobile app and they didn't give me a receipt at the window, forgot half my order and when i went back through they argued with me about not having a receipt but luckily i had the receipt on my phone, then i get to the food window and they asked me if i really checked the bag and i had to show them everything in my bag one by one all while i was receiving rude comments from "one of the cooks" they were HORRIBLE. anyway i got my food in the end but that's about 30 mins i will never get back from my life."

"My review of 5 is comparing to other Taco Bells that I have been to since it is a well known chain. We ordered a 3 Crunchy Taco Supreme Combo and substituted the typical soft drink of Pepsi for a specialty Wild Strawberry Creme Delight Freeze (reg size) just to try something different for the review. I was charged .80 for the upgrade and the drink was very good and thick. The filling in the taco supremes was enough and as expected. We also ordered the Chicken Quesadilla Combo with the standard Pepsi and that was very good as well. When we arrived at the speaker though there was a sign that their fryer was down for some reason so the fried desserts weren't avail. at the moment and the special fries they have weren't avail. Their loss as I probably would have ordered the dessert. But since the place is brand new it is expected that they will want to make sure everything is running or operating in good order. Service was friendly, Will post photos, having a few issues posting them today but will add them.
