McDonald's 1780 East Court Street, Kankakee, IL 60901

"From my understanding, the order wasn't bad. However I never eat at this restaurant because they always get my order wrong, and I mean always. However my wife wanted me to pick up something from here to bring back to her for breakfast. I was in the Drive-Thru line and you know they have the two lanes, I set there and I watched five cars from the other lane go in front of me. I pulled up to the window and I asked the lady how come no one was taking my order and she said that the order taker decided that she only wanted to take orders from the one lane. I told her that someone should put a sign up and she said, "well no because she supposed to be taking orders for both lanes but she just decided to take it from the one." That was really the end of the conversation she took my order out the window and of course I had problems getting everything right but eventually I left there with what I wanted. This was considered a pleasant experience at this McDonald's and I mean the very best that you could hope for. So for that I actually give them an extra star instead of one this time I'll give them two"

"The worst service ever. The wait was to long , then wanted to substitute an item, after I watched numerous people come and leave with their food. Go to poor boy a block west. Don't stop in you will regret it."

"Burger bun was stale, a little crunchy on one side. Fries were undercooked, and the cashier acted as though I was bothering her. Will not be going there again!!!"

"My Big Mac was prepared unfairly. I had to throw it away since one of the cooks was mad or something since they took it out of my food. I’ve watched 24 red lights while waiting in line that how long it takes to get a simple Big Mac & quarter pounder made right but super stale & old. My food was tragic & customer service is terrible I want a refund of im taking this to county!!!"

"Waited for 20 minutes for a coffee and a cinnamon roll. I was patient the whole time but this is ridiculous. Should of taken 5 minutes for instant hot coffee and to heat up a roll."
