"We purchased two pizzas this weekend for our son birthday and to my surprise we were disappointed. When they arrive we were shocked to see that they were deep dish which we order by mistake. Them being deep dish was not the disappointment, we were disappointed that upon review of the order beneath the mountain of cheese there was one pepperoni per slice and one slice of Italian beef meat per slice, this was extremely disappointing considering the up charge for the meat. This needs to be addressed and corrected, we order from here all the time and this experience has turned me off. Deceptive practices at best, hiding the fact that they intentionally placed one piece of meat on a deep dish pizza is beyond unacceptable."

"Customer Service 10 out of 10. Young lady was friendly over the phone and in person. When I first walked in it smelt soooo good. I’m so use to going to Italian Fiesta which is a hit or miss. But baby this supreme pizza was good and hot. Definitely going back!!!!!! Next time I will pay in cash because it’s like $1.50 to use your card. But it’s really good."

"I ordered through Uber eats and called the restaurant before and after placing the order to make sure the restaurant and I were on the same page. Special notes added that one half of the pizza be pepperoni and the other half have onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, garlic, and chicken sausages. Once I received the pizza, it was brought to my attention that the most expensive toppings only covered 2 and half rows of the pizza. While the side with pepperoni covered 3 and half rows of pizza. I called the restaurant to discuss the issue and the solution that was giving to me was to bring the pizza back, and they would correct the issue as if I didn't place the order through Uber eats. Took my complaint to Uber only to receive $5 back from a $66 order. Food had good flavor but service, and preparation of the food is lacking."

"This is my first time eating pizza here and I heard that the pizza simply was not good and it was one of the worst in chicago aside from what they claim. I don't think it's the absolute BEST pizza in the world. I think it's pretty good to be honest. The crust was soft, though the cheese slides off the crust a little to easily, regardless I think the pizza they have there is great because of quality and quantity of the food serviced. If you are looking for a pizza to bring home for the family and you want quality, this is an a good place to go. The pizza is made right in front of you and the ingredients seem much more fresh than most places. The employees were very pleasant to interact with and everything came out in a timely manor as well as in the time frame given at checkout. I enjoyed my meal here."
